Built with intention.
E+ROSE was created to give communities convenient, quick-service healthy options made with integrity and creativity. Founded by Registered Dietitian Robbie Nowinski, E+ROSE was born from years of research and real-world experience — inside healthcare systems where he saw firsthand how profoundly poor nutrition impacts lives.
Coupled with a strong background in elite athletics, the vision became not only healthy, but also delicious, functional, and deeply intentional — in a clean, welcoming, and inspiring environment.

The Name
A tribute to three remarkable women.
E+ROSE (ee-and-rohz) is short for Elizabeth & RoseMary — derived from our founder's familial lineage: Grandmothers Elizabeth and Rose, and Mother Mary. As Rosemary is the "Herb of Remembrance," we strive to follow in these three women's ways of life. The + reminds us that our sum is greater than any of us alone.
