The curiosity I have for healthy eating, paired with working in a wellness-focused job, has deepened my understanding of how nutrition directly impacts well-being.

I'm drawn to E+ROSE because of our commitment to fostering a healthier, happier lifestyle. To be able to work for a company that prioritizes their employees and customers' well-being, both physically and mentally, is important to me. I also believe that by promoting health and wellness, we can positively impact people's lives and build stronger, more resilient communities.

Outside E+ROSE: With two little ones, my time is (for the better!) taken up spending time with them and my wife. You can find us outdoors, at the local parks, and visiting as many new spots in Nashville as we can!

Favorite: The Hanalei Bowl — nothing better than the Macadamia Nut topping!

Kyle Gunlefinger

Food, nutrition, the daily grit and hustle of the industry has always been of interest to me. I'm fortunate to work within a company that stands for something that's applicable to my life — and the people I've met along the way hold much value.

Outside E+ROSE: Music, reading, writing, anything creative, being active, and learning about different cultures and places in the world.

Maija Cluever

I was inspired by the concept and culture of E+ROSE. I was looking to work in a space where I could thrive, where I believed in what we are doing. E+ROSE is everything I thought it would be, and more, as I've worked my way up to General Manager. The kindness is infectious, the dedication is inspiring, the food and drinks are organic and clean. There is no place like E+ROSE.

Outside E+ROSE: Spending time with family and friends, photographing nature, and painting.

Favorite: Nomad Bowl alongside the Mushroom Capp Latte.

Director of Food & Beverage / Production Kitchen

Rissa Frani

I can't get enough of my production team — they bring such great energy every day, it's contagious. They help me in so many ways they can't imagine. One of my main priorities is to take care of them and they show compassion and hard work in return.

Outside E+ROSE: I love creating recipes in my kitchen to expand my repertoire, whether it be something savory, fresh bread, or something authentic. I also try to learn a new Filipino recipe every so often because I get homesick. Outside the kitchen, I'm a woodworker and interior designer of my own home.

Favorite: Ocean Water Cold-Pressed Juice, Peanut Butter Booster Bites, and Summer Sun Smoothie.

Robbie Nowinski, RD

Working as a Dietitian consultant for hospitals and health care systems, Robbie saw firsthand the negative effects of poor food choices and how small changes, over time, could prevent a variety of illnesses. This experience spurred his passion for creating a wellness company where people could conveniently get food that would work to improve their overall health — and help them on a path towards higher nourishment. When Robbie isn't leading the team he is most likely spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters.

Favorite: Supernova — add pumpkin seeds and ginger.

General Manager — Germantown

Saedi Sands

For the culture, and to be able to spread health and wellness to everyone who walks through our doors.

Outside E+ROSE: Rock climbing and live music.

Favorite: No Bread Superfood Smoothie.

Tatum Klepp

I choose to work for E+ROSE because its mission aligns with my values as a certified Holistic Health Coach. E+ROSE celebrates balance and nourishment through whole foods rather than strict calorie counting and diet-culture. E+ROSE creates a space where health feels personal and empowering! I'm passionate about helping people on their own wellness journeys, and I love being part of a community that prioritizes connection and kindness.

Outside E+ROSE: I love visiting local farmers markets and coffee shops, taking walks and playing tennis with friends, and getting involved with my church community. Growing up in Montana, skiing is my favorite outdoor activity — hiking and fishing bring me joy down here.

Favorite: Berries + The Bees Smoothie with added pea protein + bovine collagen. The Rainbow Wrap is my go-to from the grab-and-go section.
